Ms. Phelps joined PRG Developments in January 2020. She will assume the role of assistant property manager with day to day interactions with tenants and owners.
Ms. Phelps has worked for Phoenix Realty Group and the St. Johns County Property Appraiser’s Office as a GIS Technician. She is a native of Jacksonville and is an avid participant in North Florida Bicycle Club events and a member of Beaches Aquatic Center.
