Kevin Lynch joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2018 and currently serves as an Executive Vice President in the Charlotte office. Lynch brings to his position over 20 years of valuation and consulting experience with many property types, including multifamily, healthcare, office buildings, shopping centers, retail stores and vacant land. He has also performed market feasibility studies for multifamily developments and appraisals and market analysis of existing and proposed multifamily developments under the Department of Housing & Urban Development’s MAP (Multifamily Accelerated Processing) Program.
Prior to Newmark, Lynch served as an executive director with the valuation & advisory group of Cushman & Wakefield of North Carolina, Inc., for five years. He previously worked as a fee appraiser with Fred H. Beck and Associates in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Education
