Based out of the Stamford, Connecticut office, Kimberly Harvey is responsible for the property management operations of Newmark’s Connecticut and Westchester markets. In her role as vice president, Kim drives business development efforts, interacts with clients and oversees the property management staff in day-to-day operations, providing best practices guidance to ensure exceeded performance and maximum asset value. Her expertise in developing strategic solutions to real estate, property management and operations serve to bolster Newmark’s presence in the Northeast while proactively expanding our portfolio.
Bringing over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Kim has served a diverse roster of clientele, from family office to institutional firms both domestic and international. Prior to joining Newmark, Kim acted as managing director at Meritage Properties, where she successfully created a property management division for a 3-million-square-foot, 25-property, class A and B portfolio across multiple East Coast markets. Implementing dynamic and comprehensive strategies to increase operational efficiencies, she coordinated a team of 45 professionals across multiple out-of-state markets ensuring adequate staffing of property teams. Kim’s previous position was serving as general manager for Carr Properties’ 19 property, 2.5 million square foot office portfolio in Washington D.C. While there, she was responsible for oversight of property operations, tenant relations, engineering, and financial management.
