Kristian Nielsen serves as a managing director in Newmark’s Houston, Texas, office, where he provides brokerage services and real estate consulting to corporate users of office and industrial space. Mr. Nielsen’s legal and analytic background allows him to help his clients align their real estate strategy with their business strategies. He has been involved in more than 650 real estate transactions and offers in-depth execution including financial analysis and contract negotiation.
Prior to Joining Newmark, Mr. Nielsen worked for more than 10 years with one of the most successful teams within CBRE’s North American brokerage division, focusing on tenant representation and corporate real estate consulting. Mr. Nielsen started his career working as an attorney with the law firm Bech-Bruun in Copenhagen, Denmark, and later joined one of his clients as a real estate developer in Scandinavia and Eastern Europe (Poland, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia).
