Larry Lehring serves as an Associate in the retail services group at Newmark. Mr. Lehring brings to his position more than 46 years of professional experience as a real estate developer, owner and broker.
Mr. Lehring’s involvement with commercial real estate dates to 1973, beginning with Continental Office Furniture. He was responsible for the sales organization there until 1987, when he joined Frank Kass and Jack Lucks to spearhead Continental Real Estate Companies. Mr. Lehring has since been involved in the leasing of several million square feet of retail space in Columbus and other major cities throughout the country.
Most recently, Mr. Lehring has been responsible for securing leases with numerous national tenants including: AMC Theaters, Bath and Body, Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, Bravo Brio, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Famous Footwear, Gap, Giant Eagle, Home Depot, JoAnne Fabrics, JP Morgan Chase Bank, LA Fitness, Michael’s, The Olive Garden, Panera Bread, PetSmart, Roosters, Rusty Bucket, Target, TJ Maxx and Wal-Mart.

Mr. Lehring’s professional affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Columbus Board of Realtors and Ohio Association of Realtors.
Personal Affiliations
Active in his community, Mr. Lehring has served on the boards of the Columbus Montessori Schools, Columbus Academy Father’s Association, the United Way, UMAD (You Make a Difference) and Franklin County Special Olympics. He has been involved year-round in various Special Olympics programs.
Education
Mr. Lehring graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in marketing.
