Leo Koné joined Newmark in 2020 at the firm’s headquarters in Manhattan. Koné focuses on both tenant representation and landlord representation throughout the Manhattan market.
As a tenant representative, Koné has represented several clients including CARE.org, Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights, Republic.co, Impact, Angel List, Battery Venture Capital and Pair Eyewear.
Koné has represented numerous property owners in New York City, including the Joint Venture of Trinity Church, Norges Bank and Hines on their Midtown South portfolio that consists of 205 Hudson Street, 155 Avenue of the Americas, 100 Avenue of the Americas and 1 Hudson Square. Other notable landlords that Koné has represented are Morgan Stanley, UBS, John Hancock and HRC.
