Liam Ogburn has served as a member of Kevin Shannon’s institutional investment sales team since joining Newmark in 2019. Ogburn specializes in office, life-science and land investment sales throughout the Greater Seattle and Southern California markets. During his tenure at Newmark, he has advised on more than $17.6 billion worth of commercial real estate & has served an integral role in the disposition of more than 20 assets with a combined value exceeding $1.5 billion.
