Lillian Aceituno is a Director with Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance group in the Santa Monica office, working alongside Mitch Clarfield and his team. Specializing in highly structured, multi-asset transactions, the team has an impressive track record, having successfully completed over $7.5 billion in structured credit facility transactions.
Before joining Newmark in 2019, Aceituno held the position of Vice President, Production Manager for the Western Region at PNC’s agency finance division. During her tenure, she consistently led the region to exceed annual production averages of $2 billion while managing a team of 5 or more production and prescreen analysts. Prior to her role at PNC, Aceituno served as a regional property manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of multifamily, commercial, office, and industrial assets across California and Washington from 1997 to 2001. With a distinguished career in the financial services industry, she possesses in-depth expertise in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, real estate economics, financing, asset management, and loans.
