Luke Tessman joined Newmark Pearson Commercial in 2015 as an intern in the marketing department where is garnered knowledge performing market research, identifying new market opportunities, working on compiling comparable sales, and analyzing market trends. Luke remained at Newmark Pearson Commercial after this internship and transitioned into a Sales Associate role within the Office Division. Through his commitment to his craft and dedication to his clients, Luke earned the designation of Vice President specializing in selling and leasing office properties, representing tenants, property owners, owner-users, and investors.
Luke strives for solution-oriented strategies to assist his clients in successfully maneuvering the various challenges of the real estate market. His clients benefit from his optimistic, down-to-earth personality, and his collaborative approach to negotiating transactions.
