Lynn Osborne is a Managing Director and Co-Lead in the Legal Workplace Practice for Newmark Global Corporate Services (GCS). Osborne is responsible for leading transformative workplace engagements that enhance the employee experience through space and technology, to help optimize a firm’s operational and financial performance. Acting as liaison between client and design consultant, Osborne facilitates the foundational strategy for each assignment, providing thought leadership, research, analysis, programming, and planning.
Osborne applies creative thinking to each client’s requisite needs. With over two decades of comprehensive experience and proven success in designing workplace strategies, Osborne is expertly placed to respond to the new and omnipresent business drivers and help reframe today’s workplace through process, delivery, and experiential modeling. She combines her expertise in formulation, development and optimization with data analytics, alternative workplace strategies, and change management to transform and optimize the workplace.
Prior to joining Newmark, Osborne was with JLL as Manager of Occupancy Planning for Bank of America’s southeast portfolio. She was also the Southeast Region Lead for the Legal Practice Group at Gensler and Perkins & Will and Co-chair of the Legal Practice Group at Nelson Worldwide.

Education
Osborne has a Bachelor of Design from the University of Florida (UF) College of Design, Construction & Planning. She also completed Post Baccalaureate studies in Historic Preservation at UF’s Preservation Institute in Nantucket, MA.
