Maria Betancourt joined Newmark in 2017 and now serves as a Senior Transaction Manager for the New York Tri-State area’s Capital Markets group, led by Kevin Welsh and Brian Schulz. Ms. Betancourt is responsible for coordinating and managing the team’s operations. She oversees offering memorandum production and implementation, due diligence coordination, presentations, transaction management and buyer/seller communications. Prior to joining Newmark, Ms. Betancourt was a client services specialist for CBRE’s New York Institutional Group, where she participated in transactions valued in excess of $4.5 billion.
