Mark Wilde leads Project Management in the Southeast Region for Newmark Global Corporate Services. Wilde has a keen ability to identify deficiencies, standardize operations, and provide strategic insights for improvement. In addition to implementing processes and developing a strategic vision, he possesses proven communication skills and coaching abilities to recruit, motivate and sustain successful teams.
During his career Wilde has executed a diverse range of projects in corporate office, healthcare, assisted living, student housing, hospitality, multi-family, retail and industrial sectors.
Prior to joining Newmark, Wilde served as Director of CBRE Project Management in Atlanta where he helped double the size of the local market area. He also led Project Management North America for Coca Cola. Previously, he served as Vice President of the Project Risk Management team for David Pattillo & Associates where he managed project budgets of over $300 million and collaborated with cross-functional teams to achieve desirable ROI’s and revenue production. Wilde also created MH Wilde Group, a project management development firm dedicated to corporate interiors, industrial, ground-up, healthcare, retail, senior living and development services.
Projects have included: a 520,000 SF corporate campus for a private client, a 500,000 SF corporate campus and manufacturing for Radiant Systems; Home Depot’s United States Delivery and Supply Chain Network, a 50,000 SF corporate office space for Northwestern Mutual; and 300,000 SF for the Georgia Pacific corporate headquarters in Atlanta.
