Mark Williford joined Newmark in 2023 and currently serves as an Executive Managing Director in the company’s Virginia office. An 11-year capital markets veteran, Williford specializes in investment sales transactions throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast and brings an unparalleled level of passion and expertise to the business. He has successfully represented institutional and private clientele in the successful acquisition and disposition of more than $2 billion of industrial, retail, and office assets.
Williford came to Newmark after serving as a Senior Vice President at Colliers International, where he co-led the Virginia Capital Markets team and was consistently a top producer. Prior to his time at Colliers International, he was a Director at HFF in Denver, Colorado where he co-led the Mountain West Retail Investment Sales Platform.
