Marty Gallagher is a Director with Newmark Global Corporate Services. Mr. Gallagher has over 19 years of experience with an extensive background in Commercial Office Projects. He is responsible for client support and overall project coordination to include pre-lease support, design coordination, construction management, budget management, schedule management, execution, quality control, and relocation management.
Marty joined the Newmark Team in December 2017 after performing the same services in the Raleigh-Durham area for an array of clients as Senior Project Manager with Core Building Company, CBRE, Inc., and Corporate Facility Services. In those positions, he managed projects for clients throughout the Southeast specializing in Tenant Representation. Prior to his career in Construction Management, Marty was a Captain in the United States Army, 82nd Airborne Division. Here are some project highlights:

- 2014: Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP, Phased Renovation & Expansion of 57,000 SF of Legal Office Space utilizing swing space and allowing the firm to operate throughout the renovation, Project was complete in 10 months and the Project Value was $4.2 Million
- Toshiba GCS, Multiple Projects, Durham, NC: 200,000 SF Office Renovation from November 2014 to October 2015; 50,000 SF of small electronics lab space, a Customer Center and Product Showcase, and common corridor refresh working within the confines of $3.5 Million Dollar Tenant Improvement Allowance
- Extreme Networks, Durham, NC, 85,300 SF Renovation and Relocation project that included office space on 3 floors and Data Center on the 1st floor, $11.7 Million total; project requirements included data center relocation from San Jose, California to Durham, NC; project was completed from January 2013 to August 2013, with the data center being delivered in May 2013 to meet client schedules for production and equipment roll outs
