Matthew Zoller joined Newmark in 2019 and currently serves as a Vice President in the company’s Rutherford office bringing more than 5 years of commercial real estate underwriting and appraisal experience. Zoller has expertise in the valuation of commercial real estate properties including appraisals, market studies and feasibility analyses of a wide variety of property types. His experience includes industrial, mixed-use, office, and retail asset types, as well as residential buildings and vacant land parcels throughout New York and New Jersey. He specializes in industrial, multifamily and proposed development properties.
Prior to joining Newmark, Zoller worked at the Sitex Group as an Associate and was responsible for due diligence, underwriting acquisition, preparing investment memorandums, preparing waterfall models and monitoring the performance of Sitex’s fund. Zoller also worked as a Valuation Associate at CBRE for more than three years where he worked on the preparation of real estate appraisals, feasibility studies, rent analyses and market studies of commercial properties.

Education
Zoller is currently pursuing his Master of Professional Studies in real estate from Georgetown University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in finance with a concentration in real estate from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
