Mr. Gunari’s analytical and financial expertise, including his proficiency in Argus analysis, forms the cornerstone of his value proposition, allowing him to expertly evaluate a property’s income potential and optimize its market value. Moreover, Mr. Gunari prides himself on his ability to showcase a property’s most valuable attributes and create captivating property listings that not only convey essential information but also maximize value for his clients.
In his previous role, Mr. Gunari served as the Market Research Coordinator at Newmark (formerly Cornish and Carey), overseeing the Tri-Valley and North I-680 office, R&D, industrial, and retail markets. In this role, Mr. Gunari monitored a substantial inventory comprising over 150 million square feet of commercial properties. His duties included preparing quarterly market reports, leveraging his deep understanding of current submarket trends.
