Meredith Cullen is a Senior Managing Director within Newmark’s Land Services division. Based in Houston, Cullen focuses on the acquisition and disposition of industrial, master plan communities, office and retail land developments throughout the region. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, he has completed more than 200 transactions with a total value exceeding $2 billion.
Prior to joining Newmark, Cullen co-led a top land brokerage team as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Previously, he managed the Cullen Realty Group, a firm he founded in 2013 that specializes in the marketing and sale of land, ranches, buildings, homes, condominiums and other properties. He was also responsible for underwriting millions of dollars and developing properties for the Roy H. Cullen Operating Company.
In addition to his CRE career, Cullen served six years in the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Reserves, where he was awarded the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.
