Michael Grausz joined Newmark in 2017, and currently serves as a Senior Managing Director in the company’s Walnut Creek, California, office. He is responsible for business development and the placement of debt and equity capital. A 26-year corporate real estate industry veteran, Grausz manages company loan production, and his clients benefit from the vital capital providing relationships that he has cultivated and maintained throughout his career. He has participated in dept origination and equity placement exceeding $5 billion, which has made him an invaluable asset to his clients.
Prior to Grausz joining Newmark, he was Managing Director at Regency Capital Partners and Director of Capital Markets in the San Francisco office of Cohen Financial.
