Michael Hall leads the Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Center of Excellence, overseeing EH&S compliance for the Newmark Global Corporate Services (GCS) group and is an expert contributor to building sustainable business development proposals. His primary focus is forging a culture of health and safety to protect Newmark’s people, its clients and communities. Hall is also accountable for standardizing EH&S practices, H&S reporting and offerings across GCS service lines, guiding a H&S Governing Council, and the training and development of H&S professionals.
Hall also has responsibility for advancing Newmark’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting capabilities across business lines, by devising a shared framework for compiling and reporting ESG data through improved reporting channels.
Prior to joining Newmark, Hall spent 11 years with Bridgewater Associates, a premier asset management firm, where he led change management programs across multiple business groups.
Hall has extensive experience in business continuity management, environmental health and safety, sustainability, logistics, people/process management and vendor management. He also has proven expertise in process creation, disaster recovery, strategic forecasting, collaboration and project management.
Hall is a highly-effective change-agent, with a track record of success solving complex business issues, and brings this skill and orientation to client solutions.

Hall graduated from Northeastern University in Boston Massachusetts, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts (Management/Marketing) degree and M.B.A. (Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Materials).
