Michael Moll is a Vice Chairman at Newmark, specializing in the sale of investment properties within the Greater Los Angeles and Seattle markets. Moll is a key member of the investment sales team led by Kevin Shannon, Co-Head of U.S. Capital Markets, and has been involved in the sale of over $9.2 billion in office, land and mixed-use investments during his career. Prior to joining Newmark in December 2015, Moll spent five years as part of the West Coast Institutional Investment Group at CBRE, one of the top-producing investment sales teams on the West Coast. Moll’s experience includes 100% fee simple interest, leasehold, partial interest recapitalizations, joint venture, sale-leaseback and tenant representation transactions.
Prior to joining CBRE’s West Coast Institutional Investment Group in 2012, Moll was a member of CBRE’s nationally recognized Wheel Program, where he worked in various real estate and financial disciplines including debt and equity finance, investment sales, office leasing and financial consulting.
Since 2006, Moll has been an active philanthropist, as a member of Children’s International, which raises money for community centers and sponsors impoverished children in the Dominican Republic, where he presently sponsors five children.

Moll attended the University of San Diego, where he graduated with honors and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in real estate.
