As Director of Marketing, Texas, Michelle Davidson provides oversight of multifamily marketing teams across Texas and Oklahoma, ensuring Newmark’s brand and voice continuity throughout the region. Based in Newmark’s Austin office, Davidson is responsible for the development and execution of property marketing functions, business development and communications strategies. With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, she frequently introduces dynamic elements that ensure marketing teams across the region remain at the forefront of engaging design trends, consistently delivering best-in-class product.
Davidson oversees and implements all marketing functions including design, branding, proposals, presentations, offering memorandums, flyers, email campaigns, websites, videos, writing, research, advertising, brand compliance and communications for the Central Texas multifamily investment sales and national manufactured housing teams.
Prior to joining Newmark, Davidson was Marketing Manager for Barshop & Oles Company, a privately-owned full-service commercial real estate development and management company. While there, she was responsible for the day-to-day production of property marketing collateral and the development and execution of advertising and marketing campaigns while simultaneously assisting the leasing and property management teams with transactions for the retail portfolio. Before her time at Barshop & Oles, Davidson was a Marketing Coordinator for Grubb & Ellis where she ensured compliance with corporate national branding standards and oversaw the production and design of all marketing and promotional collateral for new business, office, industrial, and retail leasing.
