Michelle Prasanna serves as Senior Managing Director within Newmark’s Global Corporate Services (GCS) Technology group. In her role, Ms. Prasanna oversees the Center of Excellence for implementation and support of large and mid-scale real estate applications such as IBM TRIRIGA, Archibus, Maximo and Visual Lease. In addition to these applications, she consults on workplace strategies and integrates IOT devices such as sensors, people counters, parking sensors, conference room panels and kiosks with M365 and real estate applications to provide the best solutions to address the challenges of back to work and elevated employee engagement.
Ms. Prasanna has 20 years of experience in software implementation, software strategy, program management and project management. Her industry experience includes large retail, pharmaceutical, technology, government, utilities, banking and telecom clients. She provides her teams with leadership and training on consulting skills, best practices and effective resource utilization to optimize project resources and provide excellence in client service.
Ms. Prassana came to Newmark from Deloitte Consulting where she oversaw and implemented multiple projects for IBM TRIRIGA Lease & Capital Projects UX. Previously, at Trimble-Manhattan Software, she managed, designed and implemented the Space, Facilities and Projects modules.
