Mitch Heifetz serves as a Managing Director at Newmark, where he focuses on the South Florida retail market. Prior to moving to South Florida, he was based in the firm’s New York headquarters for nine years. With more than ten years of retail real estate experience, Heifetz specializes in both tenant and landlord representation, advising retail clients across premier urban and suburban markets across the country.
His portfolio includes national rollout strategies and flagship leases for a wide range of retailers, including CAVA, B&B Italia, Club Champion, Blinds To Go, PF Chang’s. On the ownership side, Heifetz has advised some of the most prominent landlords in the industry, such as SL Green, BLDG, TF Cornerstone, DivcoWest, & Oxford Properties. Over the course of his career, he has successfully executed more than 140 lease transactions.
Heifetz began his career in 2016 as a canvasser at RKF, which was later acquired by Newmark in 2019.

- 106 Spring Street in NYC; Paceline Equities, leased 5,936 SF to Vuori for their first NYC flagship.
