Morgan Laliberte is a Creative Director in Newmark’s Boston office, where she oversees all aspects of design for the capital markets’ multihousing investment sales team. In this role, Ms. Laliberte is responsible for the creation and production of proposals, presentations, offering memorandums and branding materials for the marketing and sale of multihousing assets. The team represents the full spectrum of multihousing product types, including institutional, private capital, mixed-use, land for development, adaptive reuse and affordable housing.
A licensed real estate agent, Ms. Laliberte joined Newmark in 2015 after two years at Cushman & Wakefield, where she served as a marketing specialist on the multihousing investment sales team. Prior to C&W, Ms. Laliberte was the creative director for the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, where she conceptualized, designed and implemented marketing materials for five real estate associations housed within the board. She began her real estate career by selling properties in the Greater Boston area as an undergraduate student while pursuing a degree in graphic design.
Education
Ms. Laliberte graduated from the New England School of Art and Design at Suffolk University, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design. She currently resides in Boston’s Charlestown neighborhood.
