Neil Schneider joined Newmark in 2022 from McCall & Almy, a Boston-based commercial real estate firm acquired by Newmark. As Executive Managing Director, Schneider brings extensive experience as a commercial real estate advisor helping C-suite and corporate real estate executives make great real estate decisions. A 36-year veteran, Schneider brings extensive knowledge in tactical execution of workplace startegy, global portfolio management and tenant representation for local, national and global technology companies, health-care firms, life science companies, non-profits and professional services firms.
Schneider came to Newmark after serving as Executive Vice President & Partner for 20 years at McCall & Almy, specializing in tenant representation and institutional advisory assignments. Prior to joining McCall & Almy, Schneider served as Vice President of Leasing for 12 years at Leggat McCall Properties and 4 years at Julius Tofias & Company.
A director with the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) from 2010 to 2017 (and former President from 2016-2017), Schneider received the Downtown Office Deal of the Year award in 2014 and 2020 and the Suburban Office Deal of the Year award in 2012 and 2016. He also received the Top Commercial Real Broker award from Connect Media in 2020.

Education
Schneider is a graduate of Trinity College, and is an active member of its alumni association. He and his wife Anne lives in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, and have three daughters. In his spare time, Neil enjoys playing golf, skiing and all racket sports.
