Nevardo Arguello leads Transaction Management globally and is Head of Americas for Newmark’s Global Corporate Services (GCS) division. Arguello is accountable for delivering world-class, comprehensive real estate solutions to Newmark’s corporate clients, including expert transaction services throughout the world, as well as enabling a highly skilled workforce throughout the “Americas” region. His responsibilities include overseeing the regional platform team to ensure a fully integrated Corporate Services offering that can be tailored to the unique needs and strategies of Newmark’s occupier clients, while implementing transformational change and other strategic initiatives within the firm.
Prior to coming to Newmark, Arguello was the Division President for Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Americas at CBRE, where he successfully led the integration of the former CBRE GCS and JCI GWS businesses, creating the most robust corporate real estate services business in Americas. While at CBRE, Arguello was a member of the GWS Americas Executive Committee and was the Executive Sponsor of the Americas Women’s Network Group.
Arguello began his career at UBS Financial Services where he held several positions with progressive responsibility, the latest being Vice President of Finance of the West Division that accounted for one-third of the overall U.S. business.

Arguello graduated University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Specialization in Business Administration. He also studied at the University of Salamanca, Spain.
