Nicolas Coutant is a Managing Director in Newmark’s Paris office, where he is responsible for spearheading the development of the office agency and tenant representation team. In his role, Coutant is the referent and liaison in Paris for Newmark’s international tenant representation team, furthering connections between France and global markets.
With an extensive tenure and broad experience in the real estate sector, Countant has a keen understanding and anticipation of the Parisian market trends, enabling him to serve investors’ interests adeptly. His proven track record of navigating the complex landscape of real estate investments and leasing in one of the world’s most dynamic markets places him at the forefront of the industry, making significant contributions to both Newmark and the broader real estate sector.
Before joining Newmark, Coutant served as Lead Director of office investment transactions in the Capital Markets Department at JLL. Prior, he held the titles of International Partner and Head of Key Accounts within the Office Agency at Cushman & Wakefield.
