Over more than three decades, Executive Managing Director Noel Flagg has completed transactions in excess of 30 million square feet. He has served as the exclusive tenant representative to many foundations and not-for-profit organizations, including The Ford Foundation, Altman Foundation, The Charles Hayden Foundation, New York Bankers Association, Manhattan Institute, United Nations Foundation, Blue Meridian Partners, Philanthropy New York and the Baháʼí Faith.
Other recent notable representations include McDermott Will & Emery at One Vanderbilt Avenue; Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft at 200 Liberty Street; and Mitsubishi International Corporation at 655 Third Avenue. Flagg has also represented many international governments, including Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Norway, the United Kingdom and Sweden.
Prior to joining Newmark in 1999, Flagg was a Principal at Douglas Elliman Commercial for seven years. Previously, he was the staff executive who coordinated all national sales efforts for Elliman’s national partnership, CRESA (Corporate Real Estate Service Advisors), at the time the largest strategic partnership of real estate providers in the United States. His primary function is tenant representation.
Personal Affiliations
Flagg has been a member of the Scarsdale Golf Club for more than 40 years and has served on a multitude of committees (such as golf, membership and insurance).
Education
Flagg graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the School of Management and a degree in Communications from the Newhouse School. He also participated in Syracuse University’s Division of International Programs Abroad (DIPA), studying in Amsterdam. He remains very active in alumni activities.
