Pamela Yeschenko, MAI joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2018 and currently serves as Vice President. She brings to her position over 20 years of valuation experience.
Yeschenko has conducted appraisal services for a variety of property types, including neighborhood and community shopping centers; single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial buildings; low-rise to high-rise office buildings; proposed residential subdivision developments; mobile home parks; mixed-use facilities; and vacant land. Yeschenko specializes in special-use properties, including large tracts of land, properties in rural locations and industrial uses, including light industrial, warehouse and heavy process manufacturing facilities.
She has extensive experience in valuations for eminent domain purposes, including gas transmission pipeline easements and roadway widening and bridge projects for clients that include corporations and government agencies.
Prior to Newmark, Yeschenko worked at Integra Realty Resource (IRR) – Pittsburgh, where she began in 1998. She joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory when it acquired IRR’s Pittsburgh office in 2018.
