Patrick Arnold is based in Newmark’s Atlanta, GA office, having joined the firm in 2019. As a Managing Director within the Capital Markets platform and a member of the firm’s National Loan Sale Advisory Team, Mr. Arnold focuses in secondary debt transactions on a national scale. In this capacity, Mr. Arnold advises lenders on both portfolio and single-asset dispositions and valuations of performing, sub- and non-performing loan(s) and REO. Mr. Arnold has extensive experience dealing throughout the capital stack with products such as bridge loans, construction loans, CMBS / CLO debt, mezzanine loans / sub-debt, as well as permanent loans and C&I, associated a range of collateral types—primarily CRE. Over the past 10+ years, Mr. Arnold has advised structured sales and valuations for the full spectrum of lender profiles—including debt funds, banks, special servicers, life insurance companies, and government-affiliated agencies.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Arnold worked at HFF (since merged with JLL) within its National Loan Sale Advisory Team. Mr. Arnold also previously worked at Mission Capital Advisors out of New York City.
Education
Mr. Arnold attended the University of Virginia where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
