Patrick Boyhan is an Associate Director in Newmark’s Denver office. A member of the tenant representation team, Boyhan’s nimble approach, driven by his background and involvement with companies at the local and national level, is geared toward fighting for the most aggressive deal on the table while keeping the client in position to adjust to changing market factors that impact real estate needs.
Boyhan joined Newmark in 2018, upon the firm’s acquisition of acclaimed tenant representation firm Jackson Cooksey, which he joined in 2017. Prior to Jackson Cooksey, he spent several years in the technology sector, and he has been able to draw on his unique experience to achieve early success, with both office and industrial clients, in providing innovative and comprehensive solutions for each project.
