Patrick Dufour is a Vice Chairman with Newmark, and leads the Florida Multifamily Team along with Avery Klann and Hampton Beebe. Having worked together for nearly 15 years, the three now oversee multifamily brokerage and operations throughout the state.
Dufour is based in the Tampa office and has a primary market focus on Central and North Florida including Tampa Bay, Orlando and Jacksonville. He is responsible for new business development, client advisory services, and the execution of multifamily dispositions. He specializes in investment sales and land sales as well as joint venture and structured financing for development projects.
Since joining Newmark in 2007, Dufour has been actively involved in the sale of more than $10 billion in multifamily assets throughout Florida.
Affiliations
Dufour has been an active Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2013. He has also served in leadership positions with several industry and charitable organizations, including as a National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) Emerging Leader, Executive Board Member for the American Cancer Society’s Tampa Golf Classic and the University of Florida’s Real Estate Alumni Mentor Program.
Education
Dufour earned a Bachelor degree of Science in Economics and a Master degree of Science in Real Estate, both from the University of Florida.
