Patrick Szyperski is a Vice President with Newmark’s Debt & Structured Finance group based in the Charlotte, North Carolina office. His primary responsibilities include the origination and structuring of debt placements for multifamily transactions with various capital sources including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, banks, insurance companies, debt funds and CMBS lenders. Since joining the Carolina’s team in 2018, he has played an integral role in structuring over $3.5 billion of financings for acquisitions, refinances, developments, and recapitalizations. Szyperski previously served as an Associate in the firm’s Bethesda, MD office where he began his tenure in 2015.

Education
Szyperski attended Elon University and graduated from the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in finance and an economics minor.
