Paula Osborn is an associate director in Newmark’s Dallas office and a member of the tenant representation team. Ms. Osborn exclusively represents office, medical and industrial corporations in all facets of the real estate process, including lease negotiations, build-to-suits, acquisitions and dispositions, strategic and financial analysis and planning. Ms. Osborn’s insight and business acumen have enabled her to spearhead numerous complex multimillion-dollar transactions for Fortune 500 clients, including the management of a billion-dollar international company’s consolidation into a 120,000-square-foot property, which delivered on time and on budget with exceptional results while achieving significant concessions by city and taxing authorities.
Consistently a top producer and talented negotiator, Ms. Osborn possesses extensive experience for reducing occupancy costs by negotiating every aspect that can affect the client’s bottom line. She leverages her in-depth market knowledge by comprehensively understanding her clients’ business goals and objectives while ensuring total client satisfaction through deft account oversight and management. Guiding her clients through the complex operational decisions and implementations while securing state, county and municipal tax incentives for her clients is among Ms. Osborn’s specialties.
Ms. Osborn joined Newmark in 2018, upon the firm’s acquisition of acclaimed tenant representation firm Jackson Cooksey.
