Payton W. Campbell joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2020 as a First Vice President in the Austin, Texas office. Actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting since 2007, Campbell currently focuses on the appraisal of retail petroleum, restaurant, car wash and express lube facilities.
Prior to joining Newmark, Campbell served as a senior associate with Hopkins Appraisal Services, where he completed appraisals across the country with a focus on Texas and the south and southwestern parts of the country. Campbell’s professional experience also includes residential and commercial real estate brokerage from 2002 through 2006.

Going Concern
Per Chapter 4 of the SBA’s SOP 50, Payton W. Campbell has, within the last 36 months, completed no less than four going concern appraisals of special use properties (car wash, gas station with or without a convenience store, restaurant, etc.).
Education
Campbell earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Texas A&M University. More recently, he has successfully completed numerous real estate-related courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute, accredited universities and others.
