Peter Schaverien is an Executive Director with Newmark’s UK and EMEA Retail practice, specializing in retail and leisure. Schaverien joined Newmark in 2019 with the acquisition of Harper Dennis Hobbs and brings over 17 years of industry experience to his role. Previously, Schaverien served as an Associate Partner at Harvey Spack Field. He has advised clients, including Aviva, British Land, Landsec, LondonMetric, M&G, Little Waitrose, Tapi and Wilko.
