Recent transactions include the leasing of 211 Columbus Avenue to Madewell: 24 Prince Street on behalf of Rothy’s; 10 Prince Street on behalf of Amour Vert; transactions in Chicago, Illinois, and Boston, Massachusetts, on behalf of Brideside; and transactions in Greenwich, Connecticut, West Palm Beach, Florida, and Naples, Florida, on behalf of Peserico. Other tenants that Thompson represents include Adam Grooming, BLDWN, J. Crew and Madera Group.
Thompson joined Newmark in 2019, when parent company Newmark Group, Inc. acquired RKF, a New York-based retail real estate brokerage and investment firm. He joined RKF as a Canvasser in 2015 and was quickly promoted to Associate.
