With over 25 years of professional real estate experience covering office, retail, and industrial assets classes, Carter brings a wealth of knowledge in serving institutional clients and partnering with firms to increase the fiscal and operational value of every property. Proudly, Carter is known for listening to the needs of clients, delivering strategies that enhance the overall operations, and building a thought-led team focused on one common goal – delivering positive results.
Prior to joining Newmark, Carter was with Avison Young since 2011 as the Principal and Regional Vice President of Property Management Services. Throughout her career, Carter has demonstrated a deep understanding of the real estate market and a strong commitment to meeting the objectives of property owners while providing exceptional service to tenants and clients. Her dedication to delivering remarkable service has resulted in long-term lease renewals and increased asset value.
Carter has a natural talent for building strong customer relationships and is passionate about meeting the unique needs of her clients. She has a proven track record of partnering with clients to enhance their fiscal operations through effective management practices. Carter has worked with firms such as CBRE, Crescent Real Estate, and Barry Real Estate Companies, where she successfully led the building operations for notable companies including Southern Company Headquarters, MindSpring Corporate Offices, Earthlink Headquarters, Benefit Services, GSA, and the Securities Exchange Commission.
