Randy Gabrielson joined Newmark in 1986 and currently serves as the Executive Managing Director of the Palo Alto office. Randy specializes in both landlord and tenant representation along the Mid-Peninsula. He has completed over 1,338 transactions in excess of 16 million square feet, totaling over $4.8 billion in consideration.
Randy has been involved with some of the largest sale and lease transactions along the Peninsula, including the 545,000-square-foot lease to Splunk, Inc. at Santana Row; the sale of Menlo Corporate Center (374,000 square feet); the sale of Mission Towers I & II (566,000 square feet); the lease of America Center (450,000 square feet); the Rambus Inc. corporate headquarter lease at Moffett Towers in Sunnyvale (125,000 square feet); and the sale of the eBay campus (252,212 square feet) in San Jose.
In 2008, Randy had the honor of being inducted into the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB) Hall of Fame. He was named ASVB Office Broker of the Year in 2009 and was a finalist for the same award in 2011. The Silicon Valley Business Journal named him the 2010 Commercial Broker of the Year.
