Idnani has represented many notable landlords and property owners including AFIAA, BLDG Management, CB Developers, Clipper Equity, Corigin, Giraldi Media, Goldberg Group, Klosed Properties, Knightsbridge Properties, Magna & York, Marin Management, MGM Management, Nationwide Management, Nuveen, Pan Am Equities, Redsky Capital, Sapir Organization, Solar Realty Management, Stellar Management, Sutton Management, Thor Equities, United American Land, Victorian Management as well as local Manhattan co-ops and investors.
In addition, he has also collaborated with many reputable chefs, operators, restauranteurs, and entertainment groups in securing their optimal spaces. Recently, Idnani secured 10,110 square feet with CityPickle, NY’s premier dedicated pickleball club, in Long Island City; 10,000 square feet for prestigious art gallery, Almine Rech Picasso at 361 Broadway; a 9,349 square feet, eight-floor building for Axel Springer’s corporate headquarters at 277 Mott in Nolita; 7,500 square feet to modern Korean barbeque concept, The Woo, in SoHo; 5,800 square feet for Floyd Mayweather’s boxing concept, Mayweather Fitness, in Tribeca; 5,121 square feet for Lord’s Restaurant in the West Village; and Buffalo Wild Wings at 455 Park Avenue South as well as several other eateries and new concepts.
Idnani has negotiated successful transactions with numerous fitness, lifestyle brands, and health/wellness concepts. He has arranged leases for Aesthetic Lab, Club Pilates, Dance with Miss Rachel, Erika Bloom, F45, In Touch PT, JCharles Fitness, Kenwaken Karate, Krav Maga Institute, LifeSpan Pilates, Lyons Den Power Yoga, Mayweather Fitness, NYC Ninja Academy, Park North PT, Performance HQ, Satori Laser, SoHo Strength Lab, Sun Club, Sweat440, Tony Molina Fitness, Tremble, and VSpot.
Additionally, Idnani has arranged multiple leases for schools and non-profits, including All My Children Day Care & Nursery School on the Lower East Side and Upper West Side; 9,000 square feet for Kiddie Academy in Williamsburg; a lease for the Mandarin Seeds Center, a pre-school and learning center in Tribeca; Reade Street Prep in Tribeca; Elements Preschool on the Lower East Side, and an 11,000 square foot lease for the Upper Valley Daycare and Preschool on the Upper West Side. He has also arranged leases for three learning centers, Booknook, UWS Speech, and Ibid Prep on the UWS. Idnani is currently working with several landlords looking to fill their available spaces with community-user tenants.
Idnani joined Newmark in 2019, when parent company Newmark Group, Inc. acquired RKF. He joined RKF in 2018 and prior began his real estate career at Eastern Consolidated.
