Richard Antczak serves as a Director in Newmark’s Jacksonville, Florida, office, where he specializes in representing public/private owners/investors in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate. Antczak also focuses on site selection analysis, corporate relocations, expansions/consolidations, land assemblage/disposition, logistical analysis and build-to-suit transactions. He has handled a wide array of industrial, office, land and investment projects over the course of a 30-year career in commercial real estate and logistics management.
Antczak continues to build upon his successful track record with a very satisfied client list due to his extensive knowledge, experience and professionalism in real estate and logistics. He has been responsible for the corporate development of multiple distribution centers throughout the United States and Mexico; his responsibilities have included site selection based on logistical and supply chain patterns through full building implementation. Prior to Newmark, Antczak worked as the managing director at a Chicago real estate firm, where he was named a Top Producer year after year. He previously held various executive positions with one of the largest food and drug retailers in the U.S. Additional expertise in governmental incentives, facility and logistical modeling enables Antczak to develop solutions that improve operational efficiency in conjunction with real estate utilization and investment.
