Richard Poland, MAI, currently serves as a First Vice President in Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Atlanta’s office. A 17-year commercial real estate veteran, Poland has substantial expertise in the valuation of commercial real estate. He has completed more than 1,500 appraisals, primarily focusing on the retail, petroleum, and restaurant property types.
He has worked for a variety of clients including national and community banks/lenders, REITs, pension funds, local governments, SBA lenders, attorneys, developers, and property owners.
Poland joined Newmark after serving as a Senior Director for 11 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he and his team were responsible for appraising properties all over the southeastern United States.
