Rob Lundin is Senior Managing Director with Newmark. With over 30 years of experience, he focuses exclusively on the Chicago suburbs and is widely regarded as an expert in repositioning of office properties. Throughout his career, Mr. Lundin has developed and led the repositioning campaigns of several buildings in the suburban office market, including Executive Towers West, Oakbrook Terrace Tower, Triangle Plaza, 5215 Old Orchard and Two Pierce Place. In 2008, CoStar Group selected Mr. Lundin as a national power broker based on leasing transaction volume. In 2009, he was a finalist for Office Property Representative of the year at the Greater Chicago Food Depository Awards.
