Rob Clifford

Rob Clifford is a Director in Newmark’s UK and EMEA Retail practice, heading up the Business Rates Division. Clifford has over 34 years of experience and started his career in the Valuation Office Agency, where he worked for over ten years before moving to the private sector. Clifford joined Newmark following the company’s acquisition of Harper Dennis Hobbs in 2019. Clifford also deals with rent reviews and lease renewals and is a qualified Arbitrator and Independent Expert.
