Rob Stillwell joined Newmark in 2004. Stillwell has more than 21 years of commercial real estate experience representing corporate clients with their industrial facility requirements. His primary focus is in industrial real estate properties including sales and leasing of manufacturing/fabrication plants, warehouse and distribution facilities, land, and special-use properties. Stillwell spent over 10 years in the warehousing and distribution industry and has a keen understanding of distribution operations and facilities.
Over the last 5 years, Stillwell has successfully closed sales transactions in excess of $100 million and lease transactions in excess of 1,400,000 square feet. He is a senior managing director for Newmark and a member of the Global Logistics Practice Group. Stillwell was honored as the Top Producer for the Houston office in 2009. He was also awarded the Industrial Broker of the Year in 2009 and a member of the National Circle of Excellence in 2009 and 2010. Stillwell has been recognized as a Top 10 Broker the Houston office in 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 as well as awarded a “Heavy Hitter” by the Houston Business Journal.
Professional designations earned by Stillwell include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), as well as the prestigious Society of Industrial Office Realtors (SIOR). He is also affiliated with NAIOP.
Stillwell and his wife, Dawn live in the Clear Lake area with their two sons, Blake and Jacob. He is a Boy Scout Troop leader as well as a volunteer and supporter of the Houston Food Bank.

Stillwell received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin – 1982.
