As a Vice Chairman with Newmark, Robert Hill specializes in investment sales of office and mixed-use product in the Southern United States, with an emphasis on the major Texas markets. Hill is one of four experts in the institutional capital markets arena who joined Newmark’s Dallas office in 2020 to expand its U.S. Capital Markets platform. The team is focused on bolstering Newmark’s share of capital markets transactions in Texas, the central region and nationally and on building a best-in-class office capital markets practice for Newmark in Texas.
Hill joined Newmark after 10 years with CBRE, where his primary focus was on office and mixed-use investment advisory throughout the southern United States. Over the course of his career with CBRE, he was part of a team that completed more than $25 billion in commercial real estate transactions with experience in all major property types and a focus on office investment advisory.
