Roger Land, MAI, serves as a Senior Managing Director based in the Austin, Texas office of Newmark Valuation & Advisory and as the co-leader of the Convenience Stores, Automotive Energy & Restaurants specialty practice. Land most recently served as a managing director and principal of Hopkins Appraisal Services. Land brings to his position over 30 years of experience, particularly in valuation and portfolio analyses of convenience stores, truck stops, restaurants and car washes and other prominent franchised retail concepts. Land’s current concentration is in restaurants and retail petroleum facilities across the nation.
