DePizzol joined Newmark in 2017 from CBRE, where he had been an executive vice president and a consistent top performer, ranking as the top Denver office broker in 2016. During his 13 years at the company, DePizzol was instrumental in growing the office to over 50 brokerage professionals prior to its merger with Trammell Crow Company. Prior to CBRE, DePizzol was a top performer at The Staubach Company, a pioneer in tenant representation services.

A former Lieutenant Commander in the United States Naval Reserve, he lives in Littleton, Colorado, with his wife Michelle and their five children.
