Samantha Hallowell is Senior Managing Director with Newmark’s Capital Markets Group, one of the nation’s most successful investment property sales teams, specializing in the underwriting and sale of investment-grade office, life science, industrial and mixed-use properties. Throughout the course of her career, Hallowell has underwritten and closed over $20 billion of commercial real estate transactions in the Greater Boston/New England region. Recent notable transactions include 109 Brookline Street, Reservoir Woods East, Charles Park, One Upland Road, Two Dry Dock, 4 Burlington Woods and One Patriots Park among others.
Hallowell started her career on the suburban leasing team at Richards Barry Joyce and Partners in 2009, gaining extensive knowledge of the Greater Boston commercial markets that enabled her to transition to a career in capital markets, holding positions at both JLL and Cushman & Wakefield prior to joining NMRK.

Education
Hallowell graduated from the College of the Holy Cross, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish with a pre-medical concentration. She spent her junior year studying abroad at the University of León in Spain. She also served as captain of the Holy Cross Division I Varsity Women’s Lacrosse team. She currently resides in Milton, Massachusetts, with her husband and their two children.
