Sara Fredericks joined the Dallas office of Newmark as Director in January 2013. She is responsible for providing tenant representation and corporate real estate transaction advisory services to both local and global businesses, as well as acquisitions and dispositions of commercial property. She represents occupiers of office, industrial and retail property types.
Prior to joining Newmark, Fredericks worked at Hudson Peters Commercial, specializing in the representation of tenants and landlords in the greater Dallas area. She received the firm’s Rising Star Award in 2010. Sara began her commercial real estate career at Mohr Partners in 2006, where she focused on national and international tenant representation. During her tenure, Fredericks led the development of the firm’s call center and career school platforms, providing creative solutions to an underserved market sector including an international call center project with a Fortune 500 Company and a 352,600-SF sale leaseback transaction for a leading manufacturer and distributor of disposable food service products.
